Super Bowl Hangover Monday

24 hearty pumpkin muffins: 4 cups pumpkin, 4 eggs, 4 tsp vanilla, 2 TBS honey, 2 TBS brown sugar, 4 1/4 cup oat flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 18+ minutes.
