One of the coolest things about CrossFit is their Open. The 2014 CrossFit season begins tonight with a workout open to anyone willing to test themselves and take on the five challenges over the next five weeks.

Recovery!!!
Perhaps the best thing you can do to improve your success in the Open is to properly recover! Most agree that is very beneficial to repeat the workouts and these are HARD workouts so your body will need to recover properly in order to perform in the next HARD workout just around the corner.

I can’t wait until I’m cleared from Physical Therapy to try these 2014 workouts!!! I obviously can’t participate in the actual “open” this year, but it’ll be cool to do them when I’m healthy and then again at this time next year to see how I might have improved!! Let us all know how you guys do!!
