5 Ways to Recover from Extreme Exercise

Strongfigure is SO proud of Cammy and Terri for an amazing finish in yesterday’s Go Ruck Challenge. The two took on a ten-hour military style race that started at 1 A.M. and lasted all through the very cold and windy night. Each participant had to carry a ruck with four to six bricks and the team itself was responsible for carrying a 25 pound weight at all times. More details of the race will follow soon with a detailed description co-written by both Terri and Cammy. Again, CONGRATS ladies!
