I grew up a soccer player that had a strong dislike for gym or any type of exercise. I always skipped it. Years later in college I realized how considerably small I was compared to my peers. So I made a few friends who educated me about working out. From that point on I’ve been obsessed with working out and living a healthy lifestyle. As time passed I realized I had to help unhealthy individuals–I knew I wanted to help them change their lives.
I went on to get my certification as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, sports nutritionist and then completed courses to become a dietitian practitioner. I follow comic books 
such as Marvel and DC so much that I like to think of myself as one of those heroes!! I have my own brand of fitness known as #TeamCrunchIt…our motto is to “Intimidate the Mirror!!” I train all my clients outside of the gym. This is my method of training because it gives me the opportunity to be creative with my workouts. I love what I do!!!
