I’ve lost a total of 70lbs with proper nutrition and consistent exercise. Making my health a priority literally saved my life. So my daily struggle is finding a balance and discipline between loving food, hating exercise and trying to fit everything into my busy schedule. My passion is in helping to motivate others so they can get and stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.
I’m a Cervical Cancer survivor, wife, mother of 3, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. At my heaviest I rounded out in the 200s which isn’t too cute when you’re only 5’3. I was on a love/hate relationship with my health…always dealing with and trying to overcome medical issues such as Hypothyroidism and Uterine Fibroids. Until literally, one day I was just tired of always being tired. I wanted to be able to be active and play with my daughter, travel the world with my husband and not just sleep and eat my life away.
