I love lifting heavy and in late 2014, I entered into the world of powerlifting (not competing yet though). My other fitness interests are yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, and a bit of MMA and running. I have no gym membership and I do all my workouts at home having invested in various equipments to make this possible. My progress in almost three years has been awesome and I have been able to build my body to exactly how I want it – from skinny to fit!
In May 2015, I took part in my first ever obstacle race – Tough Mudder. Needless to say, I am hooked and will be doing it again soon, as well as the Reebok Spartan Race..and maybe more! I’ll be running my first half marathon in October 2015.
I’m passionate about fitness and I enjoy helping and inspiring people to live a fit and healthy lifestyle whilst achieving their various goals. I also love connecting with like-minded individuals who share my passion for health and fitness.
