I am from Milton, Vermont but recently relocated to Raleigh, NC. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from Lyndon State College and a member of NSCA Lift. I also hold a diploma in Sports Exercise and Nutrition from Shaw Academy. I currently work in Health IT for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions as a consultant. 
During this time I have worked with numerous professional clients of the medical field. I am also part of GammaLabs Media team (www.gfuel.com).
