Riding bicycles, frolicking in the sun, sipping cocktails, and cozying up with a good book….is NOT how I spent my weekend. It’s how I would have liked to have spent it–if I had nothing more to do. But I spent my time with one focus on my mind: fitness. For me, for you, anyone really. I spent more than two hours in the gym on Saturday–teaching classes, rehersing choreography for upcoming Les Mills releases, and testing my physical and mental limits with some kick ass crossfitters. I spent the rest of my Saturday working on my website–this site–so I could bring you more information and do so in an even simpler format. I spent all day Sunday with a cup of coffee in hand, a headache on the brain, and a keyboard at my hands trying to tie loose ends together to make this site more efficient, organized, and easier to navigate. And the best part of all? We finally, FINALLY, have our STORE up and running.

I’ve been shopping through Amazon ever since…well…ever since Amazon was Amazon. My personal wish list is over five pages long. I buy almost anything that I need from the site. Most of my supplements come from Amazon and almost all my workout equipment as well. I even took a literacy class at JMU last summer in which the professor referenced Amazon as one of her most trusted resources when searching for appropriate/scholarly book reviews. I guess my point is, I trust Amazon and I’ve been using Amazon for years. I couldn’t think of a better affiliate to partner up with.
