How Old Does Your Favorite Fitness Personality Look?

May 3, 2015 By strongfigure

I spent a good two hours Friday night on the couch this past weekend, while Erik was watching some sort of sporting event on TV, doing this:

Here I am at 27…only last month.
Erik and I … and a ghost? Dead body?! Seriously, this freaks me out more than knowing our age is off by like 7+ years here.
Me at 21. Poppin’ bottles and all that fancy jazz.
Two days ago. BTW, I’m 34.
My favorite. And only five months ago.

I’m guessing you’ve either seen others posting their own “How Old” photos across social media or you’ve tried it yourself. Seriously, it’s a lot of fun…especially when it shows your younger sibling as older than you. (You probably shouldn’t post those on Facebook, btw. Haha, ooops?)

So Erik thought it would be fun to post pics of some famous fitness faces whom we all know and recognize. Enjoy these, try the website yourself, and post your faves on our StrongFigure Facebook page!

Don’t forget–working out makes you look younger, right?! (Don’t worry, the How-Old app is terrible. You really do look younger when you exercise!) So don’t forget to condition yourself this week! Here are this week’s Strong Figure Conditioning Workouts:

Workout One: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes–

  • 5 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Hang Cleans
  • 5 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Front Squats

Sub burpees and push-ups if you don’t have equipment.

Workout Two: As many rounds possible in 15 minutes–

  • 5 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
  • 15 Shoulder Taps (each side)
  • 25 Hollow Rocks

Sub a max effort wall sit for the dumbbell snatches if you don’t have equipment.

Workout Three:  8 Rounds for time —

  • 10 Renegade Rows (rowing the dumbbell from plank position, 5/arm)
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press (with the same dumbbell, 5/arm)

Sub lunges, air squats, and push-ups if you don’t have equipment.

Don’t forget to post your “How-Old-Am-I” pictures on our Facebook page, or a pic of your favorite fitness role model!
