I’ve never liked spending hours trying to cook and prepare meals for the week (I’ve done that before and find it completely draining and wasteful of precious time), and I hate spending more than an hour–tops–on my workout. Some days I have only twenty minutes to spare for exercise and then need a quick grab-and-go lunch, dinner, or shake. Most people live in a fast-paced world with hectic lifestyles, and adding more on one’s plate can be a bit stressful.
I think what really overwhelms a lot of people is the thought that eating healthy and exercising is going to consume too much personal time that should be spent with children, spouses, BFFs, or even on work.
