Hello all!
My name is Annmarie and I am thrilled to be a part of the Strong Figure team! I am a mother of two sassy little girls, a fitness enthusiast and consider myself to be somewhat of a foodie. I am so enthusiastic about living a fit and healthy lifestyle that I started a blog- TheFitFoodieMama.com where I write about fitness, post healthy recipes and am always offering some food for thought J
I stay active by working out at my home gym with functional training. I use kettlebells, my sandbag, battling ropes, equalizers, TRX and am constantly adding new equipment- I’m just a bit obsessed!
I’ve competed in a small handful of obstacle races and just recently become more serious about running and I’m training for my first half marathon in the Fall, which I’m super excited about!
I enjoy connecting with others who share a passion for health and fitness and I love to inspire and motivate people to live a healthy and active life. I believe that being healthy is a lifestyle, and sweating is the best therapy.
