Asianna started her fitness journey when she entered a dance studio in the fifth grade. From there, she entered the world of cheer, before taking a small break as she began her college experience. Her junior year brought a lot of stress and in order to escape, she experimented with CrossFit and boxing. Asianna can’t admit to having a favorite–she enjoys delving into all kinds of fitness and having fun while being healthy. A knee injury has kept her out of most activities for the past year, but she soon hopes to get back into the worlds of dance and cheer by teaching and coaching.
