Hello fellow life changers! I have been a personal trainer, boxing and boot camp instructor and fitness maniac for the past 8 years….it is my life. I worked as a Personal Training Director for 6 years for Bally’s and Crunch Fitness and worked hard to change other people’s lives! After moving to Texas from Boston and being newly married, I gained 85 lbs and fell into depression. I am now using the tools and practices I used with my previous clients to change my own life!
We all lose ourselves with time and the challenges and obstacles in life. It is never too late to change and rediscover our passions in life. My goal with this journey is to find some accountability for myself but to also share my knowledge of fitness and weight loss with others and use these tools to change my life and inspire those I love to change their lives with me!
In the past 8 months I have lost 77 lbs and 72 inches overall and I will continue with you to lose the final 23lbs and CHANGE my body one day at a time. Getting my fit body and lifestyle back is priority ONE!
