I am a 45 year old wife and a mother of 3 from Canada. I have always been active but have also always struggled with my weight. I was the expert at yo-yo dieting. Two years ago I decided to fully embrace lifting and eating carefully, and I started running. I could really see the changes in my body. Blogging about my journey has helped to keep me accountable and helped me share my passion for fitness with others. I hope that I can motivate others.
