Madison is a 21 year old from Sam Rimo, Australia. A new career (with a fitness exam) forced Madison to get in shape and do it fast. She began her fitness journey at 100 kg (220 lbs) when she was 20 years old. Before long, she was in love with fitness. She lost 29 kg (64 lbs) in her first 7 months and passed her fitness entry exam!
Through her journey, Madison has pushed and inspired others to start their own fitness adventure. She even helped coach a very close friend out of a downward spiral of depression and anorexia by introducing her to a healthy lifestyle and a healthy mindset.
Madison has come such a long way and she is now looking at entering a fitness model competition.
Madison strength trains three days a week, does two sessions of LISS cardio and two sessions of HIIT cardio, and one session of stretching a week. She has removed all processed foods and soft drinks from her diet and she feels better than ever! She eats a balanced diet of whole foods, including lean meats, plenty of fruits and veggies, and sensible carbs.
