Break out your ladder ’cause you’re going climbing today! Ha, ok, really bad joke, but at least you know what you’re doing today…lots and lots of reps! But with what? A kettlebell and jump rope. Remember, if you don’t have your double unders down, perform really fast single jumps–3:1. (If the workout calls for 100 DBUs, you get to do 300!)
If you don’t have any equipment, sub squats, lunges, sit-ups, etc., for either of the movements. But seriously, jump ropes are cheap! Get one! And kettlebells–typically run $2/pound–are SUPER worth the investment and I can probably get you one cheaper. Contact me!
