Happy Friday night/Saturday morning! 🙂 Just to rub it in a bit, right now I am vacationing in Hilton Head, SC right now, enjoying a few much needed REST DAYS! You guys are all taking rest days, right?! 😉

Here’s your Saturday workout and I personally LOVE this one! For time:
10-8-6-4-2 Reps of each:
- Handstand push-ups or Hand-Release push-ups
- Single Leg Deadlifts (each leg, with kettlebell or dumbbell)
- Burpees

Modifications: If you don’t have a weight for the deadlifts, substitute “Bridge Up-Downs” instead. So on your back, pull your feet in close to your butt, then lift and squeeze the glutes, and lower. That’s one. Make sure to squeeze those inner thighs together at the top!
