Wall Balls to target
Wall Balls to target

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 200 meter Sprint

POST YOUR TIME in the comments section below!

Try to use something to jump on that’s at least 20 inches in height. If jumping is a fear, step up and jump down, or step up and step down.

Use a medicine ball for the wall balls–one that is heavy enough to make you “want” to stop, but still light enough that you can get through all 15 throws without stopping. There’s a fine line between too easy and too much–don’t cross it!

If you don’t have access to a medicine ball for the wall balls, perform 10 squat jumps and 10 hand-release push-ups in place of the 15 wall balls.
