5 Rounds for time:
- 20 Walking Lunges (weighted or non)
- 10 Hollow Rocks (featured image)
- 10 Supermans (Revers hollow rock position)
Unless you decide to hold a weight (overhead, rack position, farmer carry style) for the lunges, this workout should give your shoulders and arms a nice break. Remember to keep a nice upright position during lunges–belly tight!–and squeeze those glutes during the supermans.
