Can I brag again? As you read this, I’ll be in the BIG APPLE! NYC! Preparing for my movement and mobility cert with the GREAT Kelly Starrett! Eeekk!!! And I’ll be visiting Reebok CrossFit 5th Avenue, doing a LOT of Reebok shopping, and hopefully will even squeeze in a workout or two! Of course I’ll take pictures and of course I’ll write a post. And hopefully, I will soon be SUPER mobile!
Ok, your workout is this: 3 Rounds:
You have 7 minutes to complete:
- 400 meter run
- 20 Kettlebell swings
- 10 Push-ups (OR Pull-ups if you can/have access to pull-up bar)
Once you complete all three movements, you can rest for the remainder of the 7 minutes. If you can’t finish everything, count the reps that you DO NOT finish. At the end of all three rounds, perform a burpee for each missed rep. For example, in round one if you only do 8 pull-ups by the time the seven minutes is up, you have two burpees at the END of your workout.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, you can sub sit-ups.
