Set the timer for 10 Minutes then complete as many rounds as you can of the following:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 10 Lunges (weighted or non)
- 10 Burpees
Now, you could totally have fun with this and do the entire workout with the medicine ball–weighted lunges, med ball burpees…why not? If you don’t have a medicine ball, you can sub kettlebell thrusters, and if you have no equipment, sub 10 squats + 10 pushups for your 10 wall balls.
