3 Rounds for time….and all is to be done with a medicine ball in hands!
- 20 Burpees
- 20 Tuck Jumps
- 20 Russian Twists
- 20 Tricep Push-ups (yes, on the ball!)
- 20 Ball Slams
If you don’t have a medicine ball or a small weight you can use, do regular burpees, jumps, twists and push-ups, and then sub kettlebell swings or lunges in place of the slams. Please, don’t throw anything other than a medicine ball into your floor. And if your medicine ball is the kind that bounces, PLEASE control the ball all the way to the floor and do NOT let it bounce. If it does bounce, it’s likely to come back up in your face and in that case, I request a video. 😉
