So as you’re reading this, I’ll probably be traveling with Erik to go see his family. Remember in the last conditioning post where I said it’s been a long week? Well, it has definitely been a tough week as well. Erik’s uncle passed away suddenly and we’re driving up for the funeral and to spend some time with his family. This death just really touches home with me because Erik’s young, beautiful, amazing cousins are now left without a father. Their sweetest-ever-mother is left without a husband. I can’t stop feeling pain for this family. When I lost my dad, the emptiness I felt in my soul was something I’ll never be able to put into words and it kills me that these children are feeling the same pain. I hate that I can’t help them. Life is way too short, people.
Your task? Make someone feel loved and appreciated today…and hopefully every day. You never know when he or she may be gone.
And your workout?
6 Rounds for Time:
- 25 Wall Balls
- 200 meter sprint
If you don’t have a medicine ball, you can do squat thrusters with a kettlebell, or you can just do some burpees. 😉 Have at it, and go love on some peeps today! 😀
Erik, check your email, I am so sorry for your loss <3 And Stephanie, HERE'S A BIG HUG FOR YOU TOO <3
You are the best Amber <3
