Today will be a maximum effort day! I hope you are FULL of energy! If you’re interested at all in how I pump myself up for a workout, I get up and drink an Accelerator Shake every morning. It’s one cup of coffee (hot!!) with a tsp of coconut oil, and a half scoop of vanilla protein powder–blended into frothy goodness. You can also add Leucine powder (an important amino acid), and creatine. Try it!
Saturday morning’s Strong Figure Conditioning Workout:
Repeat each of these THREE times:
- 1:00 max effort burpees, 3 minute break (x3)
- 1:00 max effort double unders (or singles), 3 min break (x3)
- 1:00 max effort heavy Russian (to eye level) kettlebell swings, 3 min break (x3)
You’ll be performing nine total minutes of maximum effort work! Have fun and COMMENT below with your TOTAL REPS for ALL 9 MINUTES!
If you don’t have a kettlebell, sub dynamic lunges for the swings. (Jumping lunges)
