All my bootcampers tested out their fitness levels this week. Why not you? Here’s what you do:
For time:
- 400 meter sprint
- 50 Kettlebell swings (American preferred)
- 40 Squats (at your best depth)
- 30 Sit-ups
- 20 Push-ups (toes if you can!)
- 10 Burpees
Want more of “workout” vs. a test? Do this 3 rounds for time.
No equipment? Sub lunges for the swings.
