Tomorrow’s workout is for time:
- 100 Jumps with a jump rope (or Double Unders if you have them down!)
- 80 Goblet squats
- 60 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Weighted Lunges
- 20 Burpees
If you don’t have equipment, perform 100 explosive jumps off one foot, alternating each foot each jump. For example, on your right foot only, simply jump as high as you can without using your left foot to push off from the ground. Try to jump to a target and either beat that target or at least reach it each time. Then perform your squats and lunges without weight. If it’s too easy without added weight, do the sequence twice or make the squats harder by doing pistol squats and then dynamic lunges (jumping).
