
15 Minutes: As Many Rounds as You Can–
- 20 Double Bell (kettlebell or dumbbell) front rack squats
- 400 meter run or row
The weight should be heavy enough that 20 squats should feel TOUGH! Try not to break them up! Either run or row your 400 meters–don’t flip flop between the two. If you don’t have equipment, do 40 air squats instead!
