12 Mintues: As many rounds as possible:
- 10 Warrior Stands
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
Notes: For the warrior stands–You need a kettlebell or dumbbell in each hand, and both hands start in the overhead press position. From standing, keep both bells overhead and come down to one knee, and then the other. Once you’re down on both knees, return to standing–still keeping the bells overhead. You might want to go light on these!
For the swings: either American or Russian swings are fine, but go heavier if you choose Russian.
If you don’t have equipment, substitute 10 lunges plus 10 push-ups for the warrior stands, and substitute 15 mountain climbers for the swings.
