For Time:
- 40 Wall Balls
- 40 Sit-ups
- 30 Wall Balls
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 20 Wall Balls
- 20 Sit-ups
- 10 Wall Balls
- 10 Sit-ups
If you don’t have equipment for wall balls, you can do squat thrusters with a kettlebell or you can sub both squats and push-ups to get the full effect of the movement. So you would do 40 squats, 40 push-ups, and 40 sit-ups; 30 squats…etc.
