2 Rounds for time:
- 10 Russian KB Swings, Max Effort Double Unders
- 15 Russian KB Swings, Max Effort Double Unders
- 25 Russian KB Swings, Max Effort Double Unders
- 50 Russian KB Swings, Max Effort Double Unders
The goal is to accumulate as many double unders as possible. Check out this link for tips.
Note: A Russian KB swing–swinging the bell to eye level–is different from the American swing in which you swing overhead. You can probably go a little heavier with Russian swings. Remember to keep your chest lifted, belly in, and don’t dip to far down with the kettlebell.
Here’s a video teaching proper Kettlebell movement:
Modifications: If you can’t do double unders, perform either 50 single jumps with the jump rope after each set of swings.
If you don’t have a jump rope, do 15 burpees after each set of swings.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, sub both air squats AND pushups.
