15 Minutes-As many rounds as possible:
- 10 Burpee Wall Balls (Perform a burpee with the medicine ball in your hands, and when you bring your feet back up, your goal is to land in the proper wall ball position so that you can go right into your wall-ball throw.)
- 30 Double Unders
Options: If you don’t have the equipment, substitute burpees for the burpee/wall-ball combo and dynamic (jumping) lunges for the double unders. If you don’t have your double unders down, sub 90 single jumps. Have fun!
