If you’re looking for more of a challenge, take a two-minute break after the 10 snatches and then start over with 10 snatches and work your way back down the ladder.
If you don’t have your double unders down, do single jumps with the jump rope and double the number of jumps.
If you don’t have equipment, sub mountain climbers for the double unders and burpees for the snatches.

So, I forgot to do the two min break between the ladders w/ 35#, but I did both in 10:10. If I could just get my double under rhythm back I would be in business…Either way, great KB snatch and DU combo!
Glad you liked it Chad!! Who needs a two-minute break anyway?! Haha! I know what you mean about double unders. Once they’re off it feels like forever before they come back….just keep practicing!!!!
And btw, this is Steph, not Erik. Apparently I’m logged in as him. Ha.
