Happy July! Where in the heck did June go?!
For time:
- 10 Double bell clean and press (kettlebell or dumbbell)
- 1 Sit-up
- 9 Clean and presses
- 2 Sit-ups
- 8 Clean and presses
- 3 Sit-ups
- …..all the way down to 1 clean and press and 10 sit-ups. Your total will always be 11 each set.
If you don’t have equipment for the clean and presses, you could always use a jump rope and work on your double unders, OR you could simply sub out push-ups instead! Tired of push-ups? How about burpees? Oh, wait, not tired of push-ups anymore, huh. 😉
Seriously though, if you have access to a pull-up bar, try pull-ups in place of the clean and press, or even handstand push-ups if you’re able. Maybe try wall-walks to work on shoulder strength? Is your upper body in need of a break? Goblet squats are an option as well as air squats, lunges, squat jumps, etc. Your choices are always endless. 😉
Have fun and don’t forget to respond in the comments with your times and your choice of upper body work!
