My legs are SO sore from three different workouts I did over the weekend. So much so, that I’m not even sure I can workout today…AND I’m supposed to start a new program this afternoon. I think there are knots in my quads–no joke. I guess we’ll see what happens when I hit the gym later…this could be funny for anyone else who may be there!
YOUR Workout:
A few of my bootcamp members did this one this morning (it’s technically an “off week” for them, but a few are super hardcore) and they all walked away sweaty and breathless. Must be a great one!
Complete 5 Rounds:
- 7 Kettlebell clean and press each arm
- 14 Tricep push-ups
- 200 meter sprints
If you don’t have kettlebels, sub squat jumps! Squat until your fingers touch the ground in front of you and then jump as high as you can, reaching for a target overhead.
