Three Rounds for Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings, 10 burpees
- 1 minute Handstand Hold (against wall or with feet elevated), 10 burpees
- 1 minute Waiter Walk (each arm), 10 burpees
- 1 minute Plank Hold, 10 burpees
Instructions: You can perform American or Russian swings; however, if you perform Russian swings, your bell should be heavier than what you use for American swings. Try not to break more than twice during the swings at most!
Make sure to perform all the “Holds” for the full minute–even if you end up breaking, continue at the point you left off.
