Alternatives: If you’re new to kettlebell work, you can sub the clean and press for the snatch. Be mindful of how your shoulders feel…that’s a lot of presses. Maybe cut the work in half if you’re on the newer side of exercising. If you don’t have access to a track or treadmill, you can just start and finish with 25 burpees instead of the run.
