- 7 Burpees
- 14 Rotational Push-ups (Do a push-up and then rotate into a right side plank. Then push-up again and rotate into a left side plank.)
- 21 Squats
Rest 3 Minutes, then…
3 Rounds for time:
- 21 Lunges
- 14 Negative Push-ups (lower yourself from the top position as S-L-O-W-L-Y as possible! Push back up fast!)
- 7 Burpees
