Strong Figure Conditioning Workouts
…are just that. Workouts designed to help you become better conditioned–no matter what your current fitness level may be. That means a lower body fat percentage, a stronger heart, and a leaner physique–not to mention awesome confidence and a healthier life!
Each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, we’ll bring you a conditioning workout designed to last anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. The workout may require the use of a kettlebell or dumbell, a medicine ball, a jump rope, or just your own body weight. Regardless, modifications will be added so that you can do the workout ANYWHERE–equipment or not.
IMPORTANT: Here at Strong Figure, we believe, probably more than anything, that strength training and healthy food choices that supplement your training style are the MOST important factors in both building muscle and losing fat. We’re bringing you these conditioning workouts so that you will have something to help aid fat loss while preserving muscle and preventing injury when strength training.
More often than not, we’ve seen people fall pray to senseless injuries due to over-training specific muscles/joints day after day after in the gym. Our conditioning workouts are designed to be short, boost your overall fitness level, and give your joints a break–especially while training the major muscle groups during your strength training.
