I’m so happy the weekend is here! Anyone have any good plans? I plan on squatting a lot, deadlifting a lot, benching a lot, and throwing in some “fun” conditioning workouts. For my conditioning, I’m thinking rowing, some kettlebell snatches, maybe some wall balls or hang power cleans…something fun, challenging, and taxing!
In fact, here’s one that I’m thinking about:
3 Rounds for time:
- 800 meter row
- 15 kettlebell snatches per arm
- 35 wall balls
You could sub running for rowing, 15 pushups, and 35 squats.
