I am a mom of two little girls, a wife, a full-time Oncology nurse, have made the journey from fat to anorexic to fat to fit, and I’ve hit some bucket list goals along the way. I don’t pretend to be something I’m not. I believe in fitness, fun, food, and doing it all with a little finesse. I strive to lift heavy, meal prep, reduce stress, be active with my kids, be present in my marriage, positively influence others, and prevent cancer every way I know how.
The most important thing that there is to know about me is that I care. I care about what fuels our bodies and our minds. I care about being a great role model to my girls, being a supportive and positive wife, and I care about paying attention to what allows me to be the best possible version of myself: mind, body, and soul. I care about being an influence to those who may think, “This is impossible. I don’t have the time.” It’s not. You are worth it. I promise.
Being an Ambassador for Strong Figure is an incredible blessing. It is an honor to represent a community that stands for such an amazing message. The more that is done to inspire strength, promote healthy lifestyles, and overcome barriers, the better chance we will have at living our amazing lives to the fullest.
