I’m a Nutritionist and a nutrition writer with a Bachelors degree in nutrition and psychology. I’m currently in graduate school at NC State to get my Masters of Nutrition. I love food and experimenting with it to find new things to eat. Lifting, hiking and doing sprints with my boxer are my favorite forms of exercise. My goals include becoming a Registered Dietitian and working with athletes and sports teams. I love encouraging people and helping them in any way possible, especially with their fitness journeys.
