We can’t all be farmers, but we can all train with that farmer spirit.
Strongfigure would like to recognize the men and women who feed America and the World with our
“Farmer Workout”
Hay Bales: Grab a heavy medicine ball and throw against the wall – hay bale style. 30 each side – you have a lot of cows to feed.
Farmers’ Carry: Grab two heavy dumbbells and carry them as far a distance as you can and then drop.
Turn around and carry them for as far as you can and then drop.
Repeat until you feel you have honored the Farmer Spirit.
The Shoveler: Pick up a sandbag or heavy medicine ball, remember to use proper squat, deadlift, and clean form, toss weight over your right shoulder. Turn around and pick up the weight and throw over your left shoulder.
Repeat until you feel you have honored the Farmer Spirit.
