Your WORKOUT for tomorrow is going to be a little different…
For time:
- 400 meters*
- 25 burpees
- 400 meters
- 25 push-ups
- 400 meters
- 25 sit-ups
- 400 meters
- 25 squats
For all of the 400 meters, I want YOU to pick the exercise you do. So if you want to run, you can run the 400 meters. If you have access to equipment, you can row 400 meters, push and/or pull a sled for 400 meters, you can perform farmer carries, you can even use an airdyne, stationary bike, do broad jumps, etc. Can’t decide? Pick four different ways to tackle your 400s. Have fun with this and let me know in the comments section what you picked!

Also, who’s running the VA CMC next weekend, October 18th? It’s not too late to sign up if you’re interested…this race is my FAVORITE of all obstacle course races! I’ve run this one three times and if my feet feel ok (suffering some plantar fasciitis lately) then I’ll be running (or walking briskly) this one too!
