Can you believe it’s September already?! Do you know how excited I am that my favorite season, Pumpkin Season, is right around the corner??!! Some of you are already instagramming your Starbucks Pumpkin Lattes. I’ve never had one–I usually just buy pumpkin flavored coffee and brew it at home. I’m afraid if I start, I’ll never stop. I’m already that way with everything else! Especially pumpkin cookies and pumpkin ice cream! My cheat meals this season will definitely revolve around pumpkin-themed everything!
Ok, your workout. Did you have a nice Labor Day holiday, by the way? Anyone have a long weekend? I’m actually typing this up ahead of time and will schedule this to post on Monday night, so my weekend hasn’t happened yet, but I’m looking forward to having four days off work!
Here you go…maybe work off a holiday meal or two? I did this workout this morning. It took me right around 13 minutes. Not my best, but I had already been lifting for two hours. I know, hashtag no excuses, right?
3 Rounds for time:
- 30 Kettlebell Swings
- 30 Box Jumps
- 20 Knees to chest
