Today’s workout–
For 12 minutes, every minute on the minute, you will perform:
- 5 Kettlebell swings
- 3 Burpees
- Rest for the remainder of the minute
If you’re a bit more advanced, instead of swings, you can do 3 KB or dumbbell snatches on each arm and then the 3 burpees.
If you don’t get through all the moves within the minute, start over at the top of the new minute. For every burpee you don’t complete, you must double that total at the END of the workout and perform those burpees! Woop!!
If you don’t have a KB or DB, you can sub 10 Hollow Rocks.
