This week has flown by. I don’t know about you, but having Monday off has thrown off my whole week…but in a good way!

But without any other hoopla, here’s your SF Conditioning Workout for tomorrow!
3 Rounds for Time:
- 25 wall balls
- 25 burpees
- 25 swings
- 25 squats
- 25 lunges
- 25 sit-ups
If you don’t have equipment, sub push-ups for wall balls, supermans for swings.
