This morning, I had an awesome time with my conditioning training. You don’t hear me speaking much about “loving cardio,” but for some reason, I just had FUN this morning. Here’s what I did, courtesy of Outlaw training:
For Time: 500 meter row, 100 double unders, 800 meter run. I finished right under 10 minutes. I only messed up the DBUs twice and I had to fix my ponytail before the run. ๐ Feel free to tackle this one and let me know how you do!
THEN, I rested about 15 minutes and then completed 30 burpee box jump overs, 30 front squats with 135# and then 30 burpee box jump overs. It took me a MUCH longer time because the squats just felt heavy after all those burpee/box jumps and I really tried focusing more on the box jump technique than “how fast can I do this?” Ok ok, I also took lots of video/pictures in the meantime ๐ but if you’re following me on Instagram, you know that already!ย

- 10 KB Swings
- 10 Squats (air or weighted)
- 10 Dynamic (jumping) or weighted lunges
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Hollow Rocks
- 10 Wall Balls
